Additional Rail Replacement Bus Service between Skipton & Ribblehead…
From Monday 21st September 2020, a rail replacement bus service will operate Monday to Friday, between Skipton and Ribblehead railway stations.
The service will be run by Bibby’s of Ingleton, a local coach operator who provide transport across the region.
Service Details & Times…
The service will begin on Monday 21st September and run until Friday 11th December 2020 (final service end date to be confirmed).
Rail tickets must be carried in order to use this service. Tickets must be purchased prior to boarding, as the bus driver is not able to issue them.

The 19-seater bus service will depart Skipton rail station at approx. 16:00hrs and terminate at Ribblehead rail station at approx. 17:00hrs. Please see below for calling stations and times.

This additional rail replacement bus service has been organised in response to community feedback and in collaboration with the Settle-Carlisle Railway Development Company, Northern Trains and the Friends of the Settle-Carlisle Line.
The Settle-Carlisle Railway Development Company (SCRDC) is an accredited member of the Community Rail Network.
