The Richard Whiteley Theatre is a performing arts hub at the heart of Giggleswick School. Offering the latest Cinema, Music, Contemporary Theatre and lectures at affordable prices for the local community and visitors.
Recent highlights include films such as Churchill and Beauty and the Beast. Music performances from exciting local ensembles and touring groups plus ground-breaking new theatre from companies such as Vamos Theatre and On The Run.

Our shows and events are competitively priced for the local market. Do check out what we have on and why not try something different!

The Black Sheep Baa is open before all performances, selling wines, beers, sprits and soft drinks. Delicious Wensleydale Ice Cream is also sometimes available.

Leave Settle station and head to the Market Place. Leave Settle along Duke Street and Church street, crossing the River Ribble and passing Settle College. As the road bends just after Settle College take the steep Belle Hill to the left, turning right at the bottom and entering Giggleswick. Pass the church on the right and the junction with Raines Road on the left.

Giggleswick School is just in front of you follow the road ahead which starts to climb towards the school chapel. The main entrance is on your right and the Richard Whiteley Theatre is located just off the main Car Park.
