A newly installed Passenger Information Room has leaflets and posters plus a large flatscreen with live running. Free Wi-Fi is available at the station. When the station is closed information is available from the signal box

Parking
A car park is available - currently the cost to rail travellers is 50p

Toilets
The Toilet facilities were fully upgraded in 2008 and now provide 2 Ladies, 1 Gents and 1 Disabled toilet with baby change facilities.

Waiting
The station building on the Leeds platform offers waiting facilities, whilst the northbound platform has a waiting shelter. All 3 rooms designated as passenger waiting rooms are heated by modern Biomass stoves.

Crossing & Disabled Access
Passengers must cross the line by the footbridge.Disabled passengers must be accompanied across the barrow crossing.

Disabled assistance must be pre-booked by calling Customer Services on 0845 000 0125 at least 24 hours before travelling.
